ILGM customer service is great.
Back before Christmas I placed a 10+10 order of seeds. They were scheduled to arrive in a few days, but after two weeks the seeds never arrived.
I contacted ILGM customer support and reported the missing shipment. Since I wasn’t in a hurry we agreed to wait a couple more weeks. After the month was up ILGM support agreed to replace the seeds and they arrived on schedule.
12 weeks after the original seeds were shipped they finally arrived. Along with a letter explaining that the contents were repackaged after being damaged by their equipment.
I would offer to pay for the seeds, but as you can see, they too got mangled. Oh well, sh*t happens. There are a couple seeds that still appear to be intact. I’ll try germinating them next week.
Think I should file a claim for a new sticker?
