Mephisto crop, how long after fade

Hey buddy! Finally you have the vital information. If you want to finish the plants with the time the companies give you have to use living nutrients and soil which your not. Advance nutrients are salt based. It means the nutes have been converted already, they are not living. Also with advanced bacteria and fungi you will finish 20 says earlier, or exactly when the banks say so. You are not at top standards of accelerated growth. That happens in living soil.

Thanks for the heads up! I had a grow last year where I did 12 plants, 2 each of 6 strains. I of each I did organic with Earth Dust, and the other 6 I did my normal Advanced Nutrients. They started and finished at the same times, and the yields were far better from my Advanced Nutrients plants. It wasn’t a small difference in the amount, it was a huge difference.

great feed back! so your experience with dank living organic is bigger yield but same growth time…

No, the salt based stuff from Advanced Nutrients produced much bigger yields than the Earth Dust organic grows did, and both took the same time.
There’s actually a journal on here that covered the entire grow, it’s called A Union of Maples.

If you want the most accelerated growth, that comes from hydroponics my freind.
Plant’s absolutely cant tell where their nutrients come from and they are the exact same molecule when the plant uses them.

There is no such thing as “organic nutrients” only organic sources. But “nutrients” are minerals and their are no organic minerals…

If any seed bank tells you that you could finish in the times they give if you just “do it exactly right” then stay far away from them as they are lieing to you.

I grew in soil inside and outside all kinds of different plants and hydroponics using “salts” is ridiculous fast growth and way more yeilds… but you got it all figured out I believe

Thank you @1HappyPappy! I’m actually perfectly happy with my grows. I was just commenting how the times listed on the website don’t match my experiences with them.

@Kozmoz 9 X out of 10, the finishing times the breeders give you no matter who the breeder is are never accurate, (maybe for laboratory type grows) but but is casual growers always add on 2-3 weeks to those times Atleast

Shit… I must be in a lab!

Many commercial growers processing huge grows do infact go on a set time frame. Weather its the breeders time given or one they set for them selfs is really irrelevant, its the fact that they do that shows it absolutely can be done it a set amount of time (whatever that time frame is).
The separation I believe is rather the question of “should they be harvested by a time frame or other factors like trichomes?”

As you’ve said the average home grower typically isn’t hurt by adding a few extra weeks and this most always results in increased yeild and potentially more potency.
Commercial growers have the pressure of meting deadlines where home growers don’t.

Ahhh that’s much better way of putting it actually and I do agree it’s typically down to individuals preference, my banana purple lunch was done in the time frame, but I personally think I harvested too early, same with the cherry colas before hand, maybe that’s why I convinced myself that the times they give are inaccurate :pray:t2:

Nah, you are correct imho.
They are inaccurate and thats why most of us grow way better product then commercial growers
