How are these numbers determined? What are they percentages of?
Without testing equipment, I’d contact a testing company. I use Northeastern Laboratories, in Maine.

I may have worded my question poorly. I am not looking to do any testing or have anything tested. I am just curious regarding what the quoted percentages represent. For example, the AK-47 (fem) listing shows a THC level of 20%. What is this 20% of? I don’t think it could be the total plant weight, but is rather a percentage contained in some extract.

Actually this is the measurement by weight. In your case it would be 20% of the dry weight would be THC.
