Mcsketcher's Laundry Room

I have been using Jacks 20-20-20 exclusively for months… I gave all the laundry room ladies some molasses tonight as well…

Question @Mcsketcher
You said you are in soil. What medium are you using. The blue mats, how many carrots do you have in each pot? I think I seen 3? Is it hard to dial in the drip?

Great to see you journalling, sketch! :sunglasses:

interesting cages too. The bits detach?

I’m planning to try 3 gallon pots with my latest grow as well.

I use a mix of Fox Farms Ocean Forest and Happy Frog… I use 2 carrots in 3 gallon bags and 3 carrots in 5 gallon bags… All of these ladies are in 3 gallon bags, so 2 carrots apiece and 2 plants per reservoir… It isn’t hard to dial in the drip at all… I’ve discovered that you have to reset the drip everytime you refill the reservoir though… At the very least it’s wise to check it… Not a big deal though

The cages can fold flat… Kind of like a cardboard box that you cut one corner of vertically so the box can unroll all 4 sides flat… I’ve given almost all of these ladies 4 main colas… I’m going to use the cages to direct them… Lots of places to put clips for training purposes… In theory… I am liking what I got going on right now… We’ll see how I feel about them when these ladies hit the stretch

Glad you found me over here! You’ve got that GG4 from Herbie’s if I remember correctly… Though you’re growing clones??? So are you keeping a mother plant??? Anyway, I know it’s something like that… I’m really curious to see if mine comes out similar to your lovely lady… Here’s my GG4 from Herbies

She looks exactly like my GG4 girls. I think the square shape is ideal for the way our plants grow. I’ll dig out some pics of the frames I used for tomatoes this year; they’re designed for canna plants but they were just a bit big for my tent.

It seems to be a really fast growing and hardy strain. I currently have the first one curing and it is delicious! kind of peppery, and very couch locky even though I harvested early in the window.

This is the GG4 clone from that first one, a couple of weeks to go. She’s outside for most of her daylight hours.

And the second of the GG4 seeds, a couple of weeks in.

and her clones which seem to be choosing life :star_struck:

I can’t believe how easy she’s been to clone so that would be something to think about for the next and last of the GG4s. Keep one as a mother plant. I’ll have to look into it. :smiling_imp:

That young lady is a real monster! I honestly am trying to limit my girl a little bit because I’ve got 5 other plants in there with her… I’m really nervous about the stretch…

So, everyone is looking super healthy… I will be switching them to a 12/12 in 2 days…

I said everyone looks healthy… This young lady on the right (Crescendo by Ethos) is a kind of light green… I’m not sure what to make of it… She looks healthy and happy… I think

I’m still trying to decide how much, if any, of a defol I’m going to do preflower

This is Triple Cheese by Barney’s farm… Her new leaves look a little weird… They’ve got a weird texture and they’re kind of splotchy… You can see like underlying yellow… But as the leaves get older they start to look more normal… I’m not really sure what to make of it…
