Marijuana muffins, cup cakes and scones


Here are some easy-to-make baked treats. They are good for healing because they deliver the marijuana in discrete amounts that make it easy to adjust your dosage.

1 large egg

½ cup milk

2 cups all-purpose flour

¼ cup Blooming Flour

2½ tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon lemon zest

6 tablespoons chilled Marijuana Butter, plus more for serving

¾ cup raisins

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. In a small bowl, whisk the egg and milk together. In a medium bowl, combine the two flours, sugar, baking powder, salt, and lemon zest. Using a pastry blender, cut the butter into the flour mixture until the dough is pebbly. Add the egg mixture and mix with a fork until the dough is evenly moist. Add the raisins and stir until well mixed.

2. Spoon a dozen small mounds of dough onto the baking sheet and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the scones are golden brown. Serve warm topped with a little Compounded Butter.
