Can anyone help me confirm if this plant is a male or a female? or just a strange growth? Located near where I topped the plant (topped on 2/18, planted in ffof). Any help is extremely appreciated!!!

The way I heard it, hairs coming out = female. So it’s probably female.
Like to other opinions unless it’s just too early to really tell yet.
