Just start it from 12 hours from start to finish. This will keep the stretch down also.

start at 12/12 cycle germination & veg) and then before flip (transition stage, flower) give the plant 24hrs dark time then switch to a 10/14 cycle - till harvest you can cut flower times by 2-3 weeks (reference “Dr, GreenThumbs.com” Panama Red)

sorry I gave wrong infor on starting a seed at/on flower specteum – whane germiniating, starting a seed start at 18/6 light cycle and use the flower spectrum light during veg ( this will also speed up flower times
Check the breeders description, they recommend 12/12 just after rooting.
Starting at 18/6 I’m not sure how that will speed up flowering times?
