Does anyone know what to shoot for per stage of grow.
Lux is the measure of light that the human eye sees. Plants see something different called PPFD (photon flux density.) Fancy words for plants’ ability to see a wider range of the spectrum than humans can.
PPFD levels:
Seedling stage: ~300 PPFD
Veg stage: ~600 PPFD
Flowering: ~800 PPFD
Some light manufacturers publish tables for converting lux to PPFD, but keep in mind that different model lights will have different conversion factors.
