LST question for 1st timer

Just started LST on my GSCX, I’m a total newb so I have no idea if I’m doing it right. I bent the main cola down after topping. Any advice is welcomed.

youve got the idea, now those 2 bud sites that are growing taller on the right side of the pic you can bend and train also

I use galvanized tent stakes to hold the stems down, but you got the right idea.
