Lower new growth, let grow or trim?

First time, outdoor grow, mixed unknown seeds; My plants seem to be doing well, tried a little LST, getting ready to repot soon and noticed a lot of new growth towards the bottom of my plant, do I let it grow or should I trim this lower growth off? These are all he same plant.
