Ya know the only time a 45 was required on the stem was back in the days when they dropped cuts in cups so the flat spot didn’t set on the bottom of cup and stop water from going up the stem. In a cloner it’s really not necessary to do because it’s never flat to the bottom to worry about that part. Just make sure to have enough stem showing at the bottom side of the cloner

It don’t hurt it but it’s really not necessary. We just snip.it dip it and drop in cloner. Success everytime so far. No scraping or anything

My biggest issue this time of year with cloning is the temps. They are trying but it’s like 60° probably won’t take.

Humidity dome and heat mat will be 20* warmer than surroundings.

Last time I used the heat mat the rez turned to slime with multiple change outs of solution and sterilization.

So the light don’t warm it up enough. If not get a cheap blurples as they kick out some nice heat. May be just the Xtra heat u need there. Lol

Good Morning Cultivators,
Facing a snow storm at some point today, and will be smoking a brisket point. Yesterday the plants had some fans removed, and received photo synthesis plus and fish sh!t.
Anyone use online sites for clones? If so where do you go through?

Goodmorning GroBro not sure but the guy from the local growers has a clone business not sure on more than that but I have seen what they have going and looks legit. Hes on IG billybudsinc not sure if thats cool to share but it might not be what your looking for but an idea
