Is there an actual form to fill in that info? I looked around but so new to the site and forum etc. just my second time on here. I can just type as much of the info in as possible with a couple more pictures if that works also. Otherwise a hint on a drop down menu or something would be great. Thanks!

Started 2 plants from seeds ( same seed batch) only having problems with this plant. Both growing together in same space, watered the same etc. oddly enough this is also the plant I had posted on previously with the leaf mutation. The other one seems to be doing well. 
I’ll post another picture or 2 as well.
Germination date 6/18 on the plant with yellow leaves 6/11 on the one on the right

This is something id start with to figure out if you have a salt build up or not. Try to do a slurry test with your soil. For the time being heres some charts to look at. Thanks so much for getting back. I looked at those charts last night and I’ve been working on it this morning. I bought a ph tester for liquid and figured I would start there. Getting it calibrated now and going to see what happens. I was leaning toward the nitrogen deficiency based on the pictures on the charts but weird that that would happen using the Bergman flower time fertilizer.
On that note what would be the best way to perform the ph test? Just use plain water? First time for all of this. Maybe a link to testing it properly would be great!
Id say nitrogen toxic based on the photo, and that you havent been using a ph pen to ph your water and nute solutions. That deep hunter green glossy look screams n toxic. The yellowing is likely due to phos or potass lockout caused by a low soil ph caused by excessive nitrogen. This stresses the plant, causing them to drink more, making the problem worse.
Couple ways to do this. Easiest way is to water with ph stable water (tds of 250-350ppm) ph’d at 6.8 and test runoff for ph and tds. Hardest but most acurate is a soil slurry. Use equal parts distilled water and soil from 2 inches below topsoil (a metal tube makes a great core drill) combine 1:1 ratio and stur mixture for 1 min. Allow sample to rest for 15 mins then ph resulting slurry.

Fertilizer is fertilizer, all has the same effect when used improperly.
This chart is good for understanding lockout, the bar narrows as the nute is locked out. Soil ph sweetspot is 6.5. During flower you want to be right at or above 6.5.
Recap: always ph water and nute solution. Always test runoff (tip: runoff will tell you when its time to feed by displaying tds bellow 1000, also will tell you what ph the next liquid should be. If runoff is below 6.5 make next water/feed a ph of 6.8 if above 6.5ph make next water/feed 6.5ph)
You are likely gonna have to flush that soil out, common when using ff soil.

Honestly, it just looks like normal shedding to me. Looks like it is only older large fans, I would clip them off. Going in to flower, the plant is sucking the stored nutes from those and they die off. As long as sugar leaves are green and healthy, that is what the plant needs to finish.
My first grow or two if things looked off I gave it nitrogen. If that didn’t fix it then I tried Cal-Mag. I have come to learn, if it is a good cannabis friendly soil and using well balanced nutrients, most issues come back to rootzone ph. Know what the fresh soil’s ph is (slurry test - google it), and know what the ph and ppm of what goes in and what comes out (runoff). The exception being living soils,
Nitrogen is a mobile nutrient. This means it can be drawn from part of the plant to where it is needed most. Usually new growth needs nitrogen so it is drawn from old bottom leaves first. They die off eventually so this accelerates it.

I was playing around with my new ph meter after I calibrated it and found that the Primo brand bottled water I’ve been using is 7.6 ph right out of the jug. I tested the ph of the water I mixed up with flowertime fertilizer and it was only 7.1-7.2. Now this has mixed up for about a week because I was mixing 5 gallons at a time. Is it sitting mixed up an issue? Also obviously it seems like the ph is way to high. I guess my next step will be to do the slurry sample and see what the results are. I’ll do this now and let you know how it goes. Thanks again for taking time man!! Really appreciate it!!
