Whats on the leaves. Whatever they are they dead. Spyder mites my guess. Look at it under scope. What i need to do

Honestly they look like some type of dead bug carcass
I would definitely need more high detailed pics
They are dead and my guess is something sucked their life out
Look up dead aphids …they look similar to whatever these are when dead …i don’t mean they look like aphids

Alot of times you will have some ants if you have aphids, as they often times work together
