Yes you can remove the huge fan leaves that are blocking light from reaching lower levels. U may also begin removing very bottom budsite/sucker leaves. They wont do much more then draining energy that could have been used more effectively.

You can take a couple now and do a good defol around weed 3 of flower your about week 1 on the one and a couple days out on the other I see
