Welcome ! I like to start my seedlings in seedling friendly soil. Ocean Forest could be a little hot for seedlings. . Good luck.

Good start, now it’s like the old pringles line once the sprouts pop you can stop.

Can’t hate spell check lol

Yeah I am already excited for next grow. I will see how these seedlings do this time with the FFOF and between now and next grow look for something more seedling friendly. Better safe than excited and sorry.

Thank you! Hey @MrPeat love the pic… what a tall momma!

Thanks…most of my plants are like this normally. I love growing BIG monsters indoors. All I have right bow is 2 Autos…one flowered and the other is small and in brand new FFOF. She isn’t happy right now. And I don’t want to wait 30 to 60 days to get an order from Amazon. Last package took 45 days to get.

Also have 3 Landrace strains called Tora Bora and they are coming along nicely. Regular seeds so this will be entertaining. Luckily its only 2 Autos in the tent so I won’t worry about if I get a male or not. I need a male to pollinate but not concerned if the Autos get some pollen.

Yeah I was reading about your search for seeds for the Tora Bora. Best of luck with the grow.

Not sure who to ask this… Given that I did straight to soil germ in FFOF, does anyone have experience that could tell me if I should water/clean off the seedling once it’s standing to rinse off any soil nutes?

Welcome to the forum good luck on your grow :crossed_fingers::crossed_fingers:

I like the Fox Farm Happy Frog for the seedlings. Not as hot as FFOF.

Hmmmmm strangest thing one of them did… Had a very fat root I can see the lower 1cm . then when it gets slender like a regular seedling, it broke/split on it’s own.

… This one has fallen well behind the other three that are looking all the same like…

I leave my seedlings alone. They are to fragile at this point. I have a Lemon Haze Auto in brand new FFOF and she is looking fine for a Auto. So don’t sweat it.

Next time I will make sure I have Happy Frog so I have a buffer between the two soils so the seedling can make it.

Yeah I dunno what’s up with the one that split/broke… no touching them. Only thing done is remove the Ziplock bags I was using as “Domes” to spritz the plastic every time I saw it drying up. Got a humidifier all hooked up to my RH sensor plug now though and it’s keeping it high enough. Just didn’t have it come in until this morning (2 weeks from Amazon to get a Prime order, gotta love it). Going to let it alone and see if it mends its self, just couldn’t find anything to explain the way it looks and/or why it did that.

Personally it looks like the soil is soaked. I lost one I transplanted. I went to stand it back up and it pulled out of the soil. It looked like the stem was pinched in half. I figured it was from being places in brand new FFOF.

Well that’s the strange thing… it was above soil at the same height yesterday before lights out and the dome spritz, and then overnight it did that split/break… temps stayed fine overnight (have an alarm to notify if temps or humidity go low) and so did humidity… Soil just got 2.5 ml of water for all plants, nothing was sticking to the pencil I inserted before watering (just a suggestion I found to test if soggy).

@AAA I noticed you were growing some Sour D and I was hoping you could post a couple pics, or suggest some posts, of the seedlings at 2-3 weeks and 4-5?
