A piece of plate that thick you could easily drill any tap. Then just thread some eye bolts into it if you want.

That is a much better idea, my idea was to see if i could squeeze a tiny hole between strips without damaging circuit board/strip and thread some fencing wire. But that is a heaps better idea as I was hesitant about drilling boards.
Your title should be Lighting LEDgend, thank you for your help again mate all your time and info is very much appreciated.

Another maybe silly question, would it be a 100k pot again for this setup lights/driver?

Also last build you walked me through you mentioned that a 10k resistor would make the whole package work better, where abouts within the wiring would I add said 10k resistor?

I brought a pack but never clarified the position within the circuit with you?
My bad there, gotta change wiring on flower light anyway wanna make it so only cord on dc side of driver is in room, wagos instead of solid solder make it easier to run wiring etc

Not awesome diagram but shows basic ideaā€¦ I was thinking it would maybe be in pot/dimmer wires?

100k pot will do it. You only really need to add resistor if pot measures out less than 100k.

Ok well stuff has been happening here so been abit set back on updates and plant maintenance.

However! The Lemony Snicket aka Bigger Girl bag seed plant has been harvested and dried and is curing as you read.
I had to pull her earlier then was hoping as all her leaves went yellow including sugar leaves on buds went real yellow/brown/deadish, the buds still had white pistils and trichs were still glassy clear from what I could see with 30x loupe.
I donā€™t have scales but judgingby eye and the fluffyness of the buds I will be pushing uphill to get much over an oz.
But many lessons learnt along her journey and through her dedication, strong will and sacrifice I will hopefully be better for the next round of ladies and the next and the next etc.

The other much smaller plant is doing great guns, looking about as healthy as ever and getting faaaaatttt buds. Still a couple weeks till she gets got to by me, trichs still mostly clear uncommon milky trichs maybe 2-5% at a guess of ratio. All hairs have turned a nice burnt orange to red so waiting on other signs now.

So thank you to everyone whom has helped along this wonderful road a big thank you to @dbrn32 @Sixpackdad @blackthumbbetty @raustin @DoobieNoobie @Myfriendis410 @dbld55 @PetesCloset @Aolelon
And probably many more if I have forgotten you my bad but stoner brain you see, haha nah but thank you everyone so very much for your time, information which you had on so freely and your patience with me as an annoyance

Now heres some pictures

That would be awesome, is that off peak?

Hmm, makes me curious how the dollar for dollar transfer would be as far as wages vs cost of living to see if it works out the sameā€¦ What is an average weekly wage for you guys?
Australia is about $750pw

Iā€™d have to check my bill next time, wife usually takes care of it.

You know it depends a lot geographically. Wages in my area are considered pretty high. But so is cost of housing, and especially taxes. Weā€™re home shopping right now, and cost of modest 3br 2ba homes is roughly $200,000-250,000 with annual property taxes in the $4000-$7000. Moving to an area where homes cost half the price, wages are around half as much.

I googled the average gross income in US, itā€™s listed at about $50,000 annually for ages 35-64. Which is just under $1000 per week before taxes.

Wow 200k for a 3br 2 ba house is so cheap, looking 750k+ here

That figure works out the same at 50k a year. Sounds like a much nicer cost of living if all amenities are round the same price range and owning a house outright is 200- 250k
Pretty sure it is about the same rates wise.

Although we do get reductions on a lot of things if low income or unemployed, as far as public healthcare vehicle registration and probably more. So guess that would make a difference somewhere

Ha, you can buy them under $100,000. Just not by me. In some places, itā€™s considerably more than by me. High prices seem to follow high wages, and that seems to be in more liberal areas. L

I try not to get into politics beyond taking a little dig here and there for fun. But we did have a socialist running for democratic nomination last election. I seen a lot of stuff come up on social media on how a lot of countries built on that kind of system people couldnā€™t afford to own their own homes, cars, and stuff like that.

I had to check exchange rate. Looked like it currently about $1US = $1.40AUS. Iā€™m not really sure how the rest of the stuff stacks up really. But it does seem like cost of living is quite a bit there as a Country to Country comparison. We still have our guns too lol.

Hmmm might talk to the better half about moving thereā€¦lol

Yeh I guess everywhere has itā€™s umm, ā€œsocial classesā€ for want of better term, which changes living costs and general entertainment like restaurants.

Not sure if guns would be a good idea here with the meth heads being all crazy and everywhereā€¦haha

Iā€™m not sure I speak for all Australians but Iā€™m happy they took our guns. People canā€™t be trusted with guns. Although, guns donā€™t kill ducklings, ducklings kill ducklings :hatched_chick:.

I somewhat agree, as a tool for hunting or farmers they are ok but each to their own.

Nice reference to frenzal mate :grinning:
