My seedlings look green and strong. The problem is the stem seems to be growing faster than the leaves. There are two small serrated leaves that are barely out and have not changed in the last few days. Any suggestions or is this just a typical stage?

That is usually because they are going for the light. Lower light a bit. You will have fun with your new hobby!

Just uploaded. I have a full spectrum light on it. I just moved it closer to the seedling hoping that it stops reaching as much.

If you could use your flash, the pics will show better 
put a clear cup over each but only spray inside cup. That is all they need right now.
