There is a device called Mr.Catchy or Mr.Katchy on Amazon that attracts them with a little colored light and the sucks them in and sticks them to an adhesive.I have 1 in each tent and check them daily I have had fungus gnats every damn grow so I do this religiously. And the peroxide. Yellow sticky pads are helpful too.
Just looked and its listed as Katchy.39.75 and worth every penny.

You could use that spray. I used diamataceous earth this year and it worked pretty good. It was more of a preventative, but it will still kill those gnats. As far as the leaves go, I got a very fine soft brush and dusted the leaves. It may help with your gnats. Good luck! Peace…
