Can i grow a live cannabis in my active fish tank live other like plant you see in fish tanks.

Yes but there are other variables you have to consider if you want it to be a good plant. First, most fish tanks are clear and allow lots of light in and you need your roots to be in the dark. Second, the water should be pumped from the fish tank to the “grow tank” then filtered back to the fish so they are living in uncontaminated water.
I’m no aquaponics expert, I’ve just seen a couple “self sufficient” or “prepper” setups where my friends grow vegetables and stuff, no weed that I know of lol. They grow out of two 500 gallon tanks filled with tilapia and that supplies an awesome indoor garden.
