The mothers were grown in Kind Soil with a mix of promix and FFOF as a top medium. I only mixed in the fox farms to use up what I had left. The run before that was just Promix.
I do believe my yields were a little better using synthetic nutrients, but for ease of use, the sacrifice is worth it to me.
