Lighting tips for fluorescent

I wanna use a fluorescent set up. Does the bulb strength, type of bulb matter ?bthanks for any tips

If using flourescents, use a T5 or T8 flourescent are better options over all T5 fluorescent bulbs are more efficient. For veg use something with 5500-6500 Kelvin flower is 25-2700 Kelvin bulbs

T5 HO (high output) tubes, the higher the watt the higher the output. I use them along with LEDs and HID.

You cna buy fluorescent lamps that have made for growing. Yes

I changed my fluorescent tubes out for LED tubes. Longer lasting and I could more readily get the exact spectrum I wanted.
