My hood has a glass cover. Does it restrict light should it be removed? 600w hps

Yeah leave it is there 2 vent on each end if so that is where you would hook a exhaust fan to draw heat away and out the tent cause they do run really hot

Thought i might get better deeper penitration
How far from your plants are you might be able to move the light a little closer
30 inches from some 25 from others
Yeah you could move it down a little probably a few inches when you do move it down put your hand at the canopy make sure it isnt to hot and just keep a eye on how they respond
