Do you guys recommend LED meaning HLG lighting over HPS lighting…thoughts please???

Really depends on budget and environment. HLG lights are more expensive to get started but they pay for themselves in energy cost over time because you can get the same light output as a HID but use 1/3rd less wattage.
If you have heat issues it can be difficult running HIDs because of how much heat they produce and if you have height restrictions, plants can be much closer to the leds than they could to a HID.
