Lighting Height Chart? Or advise

Just picked up 2 of the below light. Is there a chart to use for distance based on plant stage and light size?
Or a post where that is covered.
First time growing with these lights so any thoughts are welcome.

Just adjust light by listed recommended heights and then keep eye on plants to see how they react and adjust accordingly.
