Okay im a few grows in and I’m always opening and closing my tent during the light cycle and at the end. Might be a noob question for some but let’s say I leave my tent cracked or halfway open during lights off , can I cause stress in veg from the light that may or may not come in depending on if my window is open or room light on??
You don’t want any light getting through if you are in flowering and you are growing a photoperiod plant. Light leaks won’t cause problems in veg, only flowering and only if a photoperiod plant.

I want to start a couple photos but won’t have a tent for about 3 weeks , I’m gonna try starting them in my light leaky closet .
Won’t hurt them while they r young no leaks during flowering or u will have trouble I start all mine in a leaky cupboard then move to tent couple weeks after veg starts
