I’m 99% sure just want thoughts.

It’s an older leaf, could have been light burn at one time, could have been calcium at one time. Top leaf looks good, so I wouldn’t worry too much.
Normal to lose a few fan leaves along the way. Especially lower growth that doesn’t get the same amount of light as it did when the plant was smaller.
