Light bleaching on clone?

I’ve taken plenty of clones over the past few months, but I’ve never seen anything like this. It looks like light bleaching, maybe? I’ve been using this same humidity dome, heating pad, and T5 light with Rapid Rooters on an 18/6 schedule without issue to this point. This is my first time cloning Blackjack and I just took the cuttings two days ago. Any idea if it’s bleaching and if so, how to fix it?

Also, not using any nutes or anything other than spray water inside the dome to keep it humid.

May just be sucking some nutrients out of that leaf to make roots.

That’s what I was wondering too, but usually when I’ve seen that happens it looks like the leaf is simply dying. This looks like the chlorophyll is lightening up to a lighter shade of green, which is why I was confused.
