Needing some advice!!!

Does anyone know if this is white powdery mildew?
White widow 4 weeks into flower (10 weeks veg)

have now installed a smart dehumidifier controlling the humidity to 40% and some oscillating fans.

Would it be safe to spray a non-toxic PMT on it? (Powdery Mildew Treatment).

I have had mixed answers when researching.

Smell is great. Nice and dense. And the resin production is out of this work I pinched one to test how dense they are and my fingers stuck right together. They are gunna be bangers for sure
