Could you pollinate one side of the plant with one strain and pollinate the other side with a different strain. Or is that getting to complicated

Seems like that could be hard to keep track of unless you tagged each set of flowers. Even then the cross pollination would still mess it up. It would be cool to try different pollen on the same calyx, or does it work like that?

You can pollinate the same plant with different strains. Isolate a branch you want make sure you have sterile clothing and your FANS are off very important. Mark the branch with the strains very careful with a small brush pollinate the bud then place a brown paper bag over it and staple the bottom shut leave it on for 3 days. After that the danger of cross pollination ahould be over. @MAXHeadRoom
