Left plants in light for 24 hours a day, is this going to stunt them?

A question of a fellow grower:
I’ve started a hydro set up with 2 plants and a 600w hsp lamp. I’ve only had the plants for 2 weeks and because I started them off so late in the season I’ve left them in light for 24 hours a day l. Is this going to stunt them? They are growing ridiculously fast

No, they’ll be fine. For the first couple weeks of my plants life, I leave them in 24 hours of light

You can do any plant at 24 . You’ll get rapid growth. I do 24 for 30 days vegetation and the 12/12 for flowering!

I agree, shouldn’t be too big of an issue. You can reduce them to like 18 hours of light until ready to flower and save some on your electric bill.

Awesome! Thanks guys. I didnt read anything in the GROW BIBLE that said anything like that but me old boy was telling me ladt night its no good. Thanks everyone :+1:

Some Auto growers will do 24 hr until the last. And, some regular growers will do 24 hrs till flower.

I think every plant needs the rest and regeneration that darkness brings…sleep.
