LED lights seems to fail often as far as I can tell, my HPS is still going strong after a year and 1000 watt bulb was $20.
Yep. Just call em or email them and let them know that something isn’t firing up. Ask them to ship you a replacement and a return label. They might ask you to cover the return shipping, I couldn’t even begin to guess. I know Amazon does if I don’t throw it at one of their stupid return hubs.

This is the problem with LED lighting. A lot of scam companies and low quality lighting. That’s why I switched to HPS.
