LED bloom veg switch question

So I am using a bestva 1500 w LED it has the switches on it, but I was doing some reading of the description and it says this.

  • 【VEG & BLOOM Switches】Nine different bands of LEDs make up our true full spectrum light, which helps plants, vegetables and flower indoor growing at all stages, just like in the natural sunshine. VEG for growing, BLOOM for seedling / flowering. If your plant needs more energy, please turn on both switches together

Well I’m currently working with seedling and didnt see that and have just had to veg mode on abiut 30 inches away from soil. So I guess question is should I just have the bloom switch on or both?

Run just vegg switch for first couple weeks then go with both

It depends on how big of a space you’re trying to light, how close light is, and maybe a few other factors. But generally veg switch alone is enough for little while like posted above, then run both.
