I just topped 2 of my young autoflowers. It was a leap of faith… in the persuit of science.:crazy_face:

I snipped them above 4th and 5th nodes, respectively. 2nd grow but first timer doing a deliberate cut

Now, let’s see what happens.

PS It’s a good thing my first harvest was good enough and we smoke so relatively very little that if this experiment goes up in smoke, it’s not the end of the world.

It’s all timing with autos. If you top at the right time it will never notice. Top at the wrong time and you’ll have a mini plant lol.

You’re good Friend and as @Myfriendis410 said its 100% timing.
I just did a run with 2 autos I quad-lined, if you want to peruse and see timing, I updated every couples days until freewheel mode. I even did a rooted top that produced well.
