We can’t help you with such little information, it could be numerous things from the PH being off to the temperature to the concentration of nutrients, please try to answer as many questions as possible.

Living in the tropics is no help for an indoor grow, we need exact humidity and temperature ranges. We could use reservoir or hydro temperatures as well in hydro.
Also are you supplying micro nutrients? If using R/O or filtered water this may be a necessity. Tap water will usually have these in it but many people do use R/O water as tap water can be full of a lot of other things as well.
