Late growing Autoflowers

Greetings friends,
Just wondering how late autoflowers (even regular plants) can be grown outdoors in northern North America (circa Philadelphia/New Jersey, 40° 29’ 38" N)? What is the latest planting date? Is beginning of October too late? Thx.

I’m sure you could find an auto that would grow up there there’s some that will handle the cold I just couldn’t help you with which strains they are. I would Google it I’m sure there’s a lot of information available

I would say October is a little late for your neck of the woods. Snow and cold will arrive before you even get close to harvest. I would find a corner of a closet, and get a light. Planting outside at this time of year is pretty much a waste of seed.

Hi neighbor Oct must be too late. My planned harvest is late Oct photos. I germinate as early as possible in spring, transplant by 4th July, harvest as late as I can.
