any members with any experience growing Kumaoni herb from Nepal ?
Is this a local strain there i have some experience with Nepal gold. Is this from a seed bank or anything
my buddy mentioned that he was growing it and I am making enquiries as sounds like the dogs bollocks of Nepali pot and I am a keen lover of Nepali Hashish.
I don’t know anything about that strain Willie Nelson is a serious Naples cross that so is dr grinspoon I wonder if they share some same genetics
my search for enlightenment goes on…
Kinda like my T99 strain, noboby has heard of it or grown it. Kinda makes it more exciting having a strain thats not well known, something different is a good thing tho lol
I comes from well known genetics so it should be good.
Kumaoni is from Nepal, but I think I need to borrow Indiana Jones’ hat to go and get some seed . It sounds like the mythical pot of the Twelve Headless Monkey Kingdom up in the Kumaoni Valley up around the Tibetan border…i gotta get some seeds, somehow, some way that is guaranteed to be the real thing…although it sounds like a great excuse to go to Nepal in spring…maybe summer…the search continues…
One of my favorite books was set in Kumaon province: “The Maneaters of Kumaon” by Major Jim Corbett. I got to see his double rifle: a 450/400 3 1/4" featured in the book, at SCI a few years ago.
thank you for the info.
We were taught about Major Jim Corbett (later made Colonel) in school in Tasmania back around 59 /60, my Dad hunted kangaroo with a .303 Lee Enfield and it deafened me and my brother when he fired, rarely missing. Roo Burgers + Roo Tail Soup…good eats .
This book may be of interest to you, it is superbly written.
