Kitchen pantry grow

A question from a fellow grower:

I am growing in my kitchen pantry which is about 1 and a half feet wide and about 6 feet long. I use 3 t5 flourscent bulbs and have about 5 plants. Im growing organic. I use Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil with worm castings and perlite additives. 2 of my plants are White Widow. One is 1 week behind the other. the first is 11 in. tall and began flowering 29 days from seed. The second one however is only about 4 or 5 in. It almost seems as if they stopped growing. Can you help me with this problem? I am a first time grower and dont know what Im doing wrong. Do I need more light?

We need more info.
Are these Auto flower?
IN pots? what size? Too small a pot can cause a plant to be root bound and it will appear to stop growing.

I think some well placed CFL’s or more T5’s. hard to say. Hoow about a picture?
