Keep using T5 lights or use LED

A question from a fellow grower:

“I have three week old healthy plants that have been started when using T5 lighting. I recently purchased an LED light. Should I swap lighting sources for those plants or keep them with the T fives until I start some new ones. I don’t wanna harm the plants are very healthy.”

You can actually use either one. But I always like to stick with what I know. If you do use the LED just read light instructions and keep correct distance for seedlings. Good luck
