Can you explain the ppms? I’m following along with most of the chemistry so far but that I’m not familiar with. 
Since distilled water has nothing in it you need to add something like cal mag to it so that it can be ph’ed. Also, if you water with distilled without adding something like cal mag it actually has a negative effect and can strip calcium and magnesium from your soil.

Here’s and updated picture. I’ve been spending most of my time and energy getting a new grow tent because my last one’s zippers didn’t work and I couldn’t control the climate. This one seems to work much better. From the looks of it do you see any noticeable nutrient deficiencies? I’ve only been adding distilled water with cal mag because I’m concerned there are nutrients that had Ed been absorbed in the soil.
