I use those small, cheap hygrometers in the jars while curing to keep track of rh.

Remember to burp your jars for the for the first two weeks to get rid of the off gasses @stankeybud1

On this drying issue, is it possible for a harvest to be ready for cure in 6 days? 1 plant in 2x2x4 with carbon exhaust fan. 75degrees, 45% rh
Yes. I have had buds dry in much less time. Depends the condition at harvest and the conditions in the drying area.
