Week 4 of veg…so how long do you plan to let them grow before you flip?

@Retiredoldguy not to sure, im going to spread them out in the first net until im happy, then flip them so they strech into the second is the idea. My guess is 5 or may be even 6 weeks, but probably closer to 5. Want to try to grow a field of arm size bud.

Quick update, Bud Factor X became available again so if anyone was interested to see what it can do, you may get an opportunity. Today i managed to hit equilibrium in the solution with below ppm. Water level is dropping ppm and PH is the same.

Decided to flip the lights on these girls to a 12/12 cycle today. They all look amazing. Girl scout cookies will be small compared to the rest from the overwatering, but its fully recovered and should give me about a half pound of bud.

Today is filter cleaning day, also starting to be more aggressive on the bottom branches. For a little insight, i started feeding them bloom A+B and bud ignighter last week, and cut the B-52 in half in the top up buckets. They eat about 10 gallons a day so ive basically cycled it. This week they get 0 B52, and bloom A+B with bud ignighter. Next Saturday i should have flowers and thats when i will do a full res swap to.
Connie Bloom A+B, Nirvana, Big Bud, Bud Factor X, Rhino Skin, Bud Candy, Cal-Mag Extra, B-52, Piranha, Tarantula, Voodoo Juice, King Crab, Hydroguard, Dr. Tims Waste Away, Muck Away, and Barley Straw Extract.

Forgot to mention earlier, the dry version of the Advanced Nutrients microbes Piranha, Tarantula, and Voodoo Juice is available and the liquid is going away. Each tablet treats 100 gallons, 25 per pack. By comparison you would need a gallon each of the liquid for a total of about $520 @ $170 each. This is WAY WAY cheaper now!

I went ahead and changed the res over to aforementioned mixture at 70% of suggested in the bud labs app that Advanced Nutrients has the feeding schedule in once i saw flower signs yesterday. I’ve never ran ppms this high, but so far they seem happy! If i can get these girls up to about 2000 i cant imagine what the bud will be like.

Filter cleaning day again today. Takes a few days for the bacteria and nutes to settle in and stabilize. During that window you have bacteria war ive noticed, and things can get nasty fast. The sole reason i can run 13 week flower and never change the res is the chiller, this filter and the fish tank bacteria. Without it, the money it costs to mix a fresh one weekly far exceeds the cost of these things. I get away with about 1/3 of the feeding schedule amounts, but thats because i dont dump it on the ground every week.
I’ve also noticed some hooking and started backing down the ppms with top up buckets with only cal-mag.
I cleaned the bottom tray already, it was the worst. This is after 3 days. It is settling down now.

Every Thursday is add extra sugar, fungus, enzymes, and bacteria day, reason is i clean the filter Saturday in case it gets crazy. Everything seems happy. Little light burn from them streching faster than im moving the lights. Most of these are 5’ tall at this point minus Girl Scout Cookies that was stunted, but she smells super citrusy, cant wait to try her. Buds starting to apprear now more ptevelently.
