Do I need it? What does it do? How to I apply it?

Mycorrhizai will help the plant metabolize nutrients in the medium; usually a good thing to add to any grow.

Here’s a picture of the back of the bag. Not clear how to use it?
Do I only sprinkle in the hole when transplanting? Do I add it to my daily fertilizer mix? Make a spray for the foliage?

Typically when you plant your seedlings or up pot to a larger container you place it in the hole under the plant. I additionally will add it in on my watering days as well.

Just like that and you can sprinkle some on the top of your soil and let it water in.

When i transplant from solo cups, i like to mist the entire perimeter of soil and then cover it with a product like that. I cover it like its seasoning on a rack of ribs haha. Could be wrong on this part but i was always under impression products like this work most effectively when in direct contact with the roots, rather then a soil drench.

A Nice spoonful scattered around in the bottom of your hole when you transplant will work great.
