I just LST’d my three babies today. These are obviously much smaller but similar concept. The idea behind LST is to get more light on the lower nodes and have those starting going vertical to create more colas- also allows to maintain shape when growing in a confined space. In a perfect world- the earlier the better- but better late than never!
