Just looks like trichomes to me.
Post a pic from further back so we can see at least the whole bud.

Look closely for any sickly brown or yellow spots.

mold you see on the outside looks more like cotton balls. Mildew looks like talcum powder

And the reason I panicked is because they didn’t look that way when I first harvested 3 days ago. They are much more frosty then they were so that’s why I panicked
That is a good idea always regardless of any known issues.
