Should I snip off those Sugar leaves that are Browning in going into the actual Bud? Do I have nothing to worry about? Or that the beginning of Bud rot?

Is this some type of berry strain where it has a natural reddish colour?
Kinda hard to tell but doesn’t really look like bud rot to me. The bud rot I get is much darker and starts kinda In the middle of the flower and spreads quick. Never noticed brown leaves accomodating it.
Are you in a humid wet environment?
It looks necrotic; often, necrotic plant tissue will elicit an anthocyanin response, leading to red/purple/orange hues.
I can’t say anything beyond that. It’s your plant. If it were me, I’d dissect some of the worst of it to see what’s going on inside the bract cluster, and come up with a plan based on what I find.
