This is an outdoor grow, has been stressed due to weather etc. Unfortunately its the only photo I have, and only the one is like this on entire plant. Is this a sign of rot?
Nah that’s just color shifting due to cool temperature shifts your good mate

I dont see anything in that pic to worry about. Looks like you are in early flower. Just from my experience, you wont see signs of rot until the buds are bigger.

mold is black nasty goo looking stuff…will eat buds from inside out. check colas daily in wet weather.
your plant is fine…good to go
