Is this picture showing a calcium deficiency?

Been out of town for a few days and when I got home, this is what I found! This particular plant is in the same DWC tub as 3 other plants that aren’t showing any symptoms. In addition to the spotting, the leaves seem to be slightly curling upwards. Any ideas? pH is 6.0 and the ppm of the nutes is about 500-600. The other 3 plants look fine.

No “n” toxicity but you do have other nutrient issues. type of nutrients using ? you PH is in acceptable range

I’m using Fox Farms nutes.
