I’m planning on digging a hole for each and mixing half dirt and half promix where I transplant them to.

which one? i used the organic for herb and veg and used 1/4 strength then built up and had to add cal mag to the mix. i learned here that by the time u see a problem it is at least 2 weeks old. the best plants i have are the ones i forgot about and ignored.

we need an outdoor grower here.

read the journals they will help u

Here is a photo of #3 I just took. It has a little brown edge on one on the lower leaves. Is that a concern?

Alison a photo of the Promix.

No nutes! Possible you have a haploid or polyploid but if so I’d let it ride.

I saw that @pptrsha1 tagged me. I don’t grow in promix so can’t give a whole lot of advice directly related to your grow medium. As far as sledgehammer I wouldn’t think you would need it yet. I don’t know much about FF Dirty Dozen but I would say just like any nutrients don’t go full strength, @MrPeat uses it I believe possibly he can give advice on them. Looking at your pics, plants look healthy, so I wouldn’t make to many changes especially since you are transplanting outside.

@AAA is a outdoor grower I believe.

Thanks @Bulldognuts For the tag! Sorry, didn’t read the back story. What can I help with?

Here is their feeding schedule if that helps you . Maybe you already have it .

@Grizzlybare is growing indoors currently. He is going to transfer outside in a approximately a week. He’s currently using promix soil and FF Dirty Dozen nutes. He wanted to know whether he should use FF Sledgehammer. He’s going to dig hole and mix promix with with outdoor soil. I guess the main question is should he go ahead with sledgehammer. Also will the mix of soils be a good idea. Here’s a picture of plants.

Just looking at the 13 item list in the feeding schedule you can see that in weeks 5,6 &7 you could be giving the plants 8 differing nutes if you are following from top to bottom of the schedule.

I wouldn’t flush with sledgehammer. My thoughts are that flushing is when you are growing in a closed environment.

When you put them in the ground they will have plenty of local microbes and nutrients to help the plant.

I would dig a hole twice as large as the pot, add some more soil and transplant.

I’ve read that I should let them dry out a bit before I transplant them cause the soil tends to stay together better if it’s somewhat dried out.
