Is this a nitrogen issue ? New grower here

Growing sherbert and Skittles for first time . Outdoors… plants are approximately 4ft. Leaves are turning yellow. Is this a nitrogen deficiency or over watering issue? Looked thru this site, plants look similar to the nitrogen deficiency pic.

Yes, I would say she’s hungry. What brand of medium and nutrients are you using :love_you_gesture:

Miracle grow potting soil for tomatoes, dug approximately 1.5 foot deep by 1.5feet across hole in soil but appears to be mostly clay…

:point_up_2: this will be challenging Growmie. MG has time released nutrients making it difficult to control plus having the plant in ground versus a pot that you can feed straight H2O and check the run off PH and PPMs. There’s several growers here that have been successful using MG and would recommend a cannabis friendly medium on your next grow. Wish I could offer up some better advice :love_you_gesture:

OGIncognito ,
I really appreciate your time and expertise. I am a novice grower thru and thru. I truly have a brown thumb lol. I have not even been able to grow a vegetable garden. Thats a while different problem and not for this site or topic. I tried to grow sherbert & skittles inside last year. Same grow material MG. Plants did ok but struggled due to lack of experience. I thank you for your replies. A few pics of last year indoors grow.

Overall the plant looks healthy and typical MG grown plants will show some toxicity?? You could take a soil sample close to the root zone and do a slurry test. Mix equal parts soil and distilled water 1/2 a cup of each will work and mix and stir. Let it rest for an hour or so and strain the mix thru a coffee filter and test the PPMs and PH. This is the most accurate method of testing soil numbers at the root zone :love_you_gesture:

I would just give it a little food and see how it goes. Jacks petunia feed works great for the veg stage of growing. Thats what id do. I use that stuff on everything and they all love it. If you want to be organic about it, use some alaska fish emulsion. :+1: happy farming
You cant canalize it all, or just go for it. I dont think im wrong, they need food
