I made a post about this same plant, Unicorn Poop.
It still has the white specs, they haven’t changed.
Why are the leaves turning yellow now? Is this nitrogen deficiency or toxicity? Magnesium deficiency?
I’m new here but let these veterans know more details. What’s the grow medium, soil? Have you fed any nutrients yet? How old and what is the lighting? And what type of plant is it?
The yellow in the center is new growth and normal especially when lights first come on.
If there is yellow elsewhere besides the center of the tops I cant see it in these photos.
Then again I’m getting old…Lol

Yes I would say you have a mag deficiency . Foliar feed 2tbs epsolm salt per gallon at lights out. Next is to find the reason why you are having this.
